Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of these orders, I cannot accept returns on custom products (such as custom/special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, so I can determine, with you, the best way to get you what you want.

You may change your mind. If so, you may request a cancellation within twenty-four hours (24h) of purchasing your item(s).

Refunds following a return or cancellation
If approved, and after inspection (in case of a return), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
